As a kid, you will have all the pleasures in life. You don’t have to go to school or college. I could sleep at any time in a day. No one was there to scold me. Every one showered love and blessings whenever they met me. I could watch my favorite cartoon show in the morning. I didn’t need to look into the chapters in my science text book which makes me mad now. My childhood days were filled with the talks and jokes of grandfather. He was always ready to take me out to see the different places. I could sit on the lap of my mother and she will tell me stories which make me sleep in the night. I could do all naughty things which did not do any harm to others. Now I miss all these as the time has changed and no more leisure time is granted to us by the god

The word happiness has many meanings. Everyman is highly conscious about the facilities which one has at home. When you have got a job, you will be happier than everyone. If the work is interesting and if I get fairly good payment, I feel that I am the happiest man in the world. Then comes the turn of building a house for our on. Once you have made this, I feel that I am the happiest of all. For me the happiness is the satisfaction of the mind. A happy mood brings all joy and everyone loves to dance and sing during this.

It is really wonderful to think of the childhood days. The rainy season is welcomed by the children with great joy and laughter. I won’t have classes during this season. I could jump into the water and play by making boats. The thing which I remember is the days which I spent in the nature. My father had grown many plants and I could go to his garden to pluck all fruits and flowers. A great consideration was given to me by all and I liked to wander through the water. I used to catch fish and keep my world busy. The crabs were seen in the fields after reaping and I used to get a bite from them. The childhood days are easily remembered by all and the fondest memory cannot be said in a single date.

The last thing I had for dinner was chicken tacos which I cooked. It all started last week when I had a huge craving to eat chicken tacos so I bought the tortillas and the ingredients to make the filling. These included onions, peppers, eggplant and zucchini. I spent about 30 minutes preparing the ingredients and 20 minutes cooking them, usually finishing them with soy sauce before serving. Adding the soy sauce makes it tastier. When done, you put some of the filling in the tortilla, close it and eat it. I usually do not add tomato and lettuce but it is optional for those who want it to be more satisfying. It tastes great with or without these ingredients. In the end, I have been eating chicken tacos for the last 5 days in a row and hoping the craving will go away!

When a have a couple of hours to spare me usually watch TV or bake. I would probably spend one hour or two catching up with the series I like, which are mostly comedies, and perhaps check out if there is any cooking program to watch afterwards. If I am very bored, especially on Sundays, I usually bake muffins for my friends or my co-workers. I like decorating them with different sprinkle colors, which I have bought while travelling abroad and making frosting from scratch with cream cheese and sugar. Usually, I bake around sixty muffins and I finish in around three hours, and although it takes a lot of time, people are grateful that I have baked these treats for them and enjoy the muffins a lot.
